Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Launched (https://launched.deskio.org), operated by NexusFleet (Malta). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

2. Account registration

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@craftura.net if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products and purchases

• All payments are processed via Stripe. We never store card details.
• Prices in EUR, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via Stripe Customer Portal.
• One-time licenses grant the rights described on the product page. Source licenses are non-exclusive unless stated otherwise.
• Enterprise / White-label tiers are subject to a separate co-signed agreement.

4. Refunds

Subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee on first payment. After 14 days, cancel anytime to stop future billing — no refund for the current period.

One-time purchases (Source License, Founder Handover, Lifetime, Enterprise): 7-day refund window from purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded the source code or received the handover delivery. Once delivered, all sales are final.

5. Intellectual property

Launched content is owned by NexusFleet or licensed to us. Listed products are owned by their respective makers — purchasing grants you only the rights described on the product page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, mass-download, or republish content without permission
• Spam users via contact forms or comments
• Submit illegal, infringing, or misleading content
• Reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell licenses beyond their granted scope
• Use Launched for any unlawful purpose

7. Disclaimers and liability

Launched and listed products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusFleet disclaims all warranties express or implied.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from your profile page. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.

10. Governing law

Governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes resolved exclusively in Maltese courts.
